Pork Loin Chop with Roasted Vegetables 2 lean pork loin chops (approximately 2-3cm (¾" -1¼") thick)
Place the chops under a preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.
Serve the chops with a selection of roasted Mediterranean vegetables (potatoes, red onion, leeks, peppers).
Alternatively:-
Try topping the chop 3 –4 minutes before the end of cooking time with BBQ ketchup, rasher of bacon and finely chopped spring onions.
Spread apple sauce over the chop and top with Cheddar or Wensleydale cheese 3-4 minutes before the end of cooking time.
Serve the pork chops on a bed of cheesy mashed potato with steamed green cabbage.
Try topping the chop with plum sauce and serve with stirfried vegetables mixed with plum sauce.

I often do mine with a sage and onion sauce. (You can use cider or white wine in the sauce, or, if you thicken it with a little flour, gravy. Lovely.
