Avocado and Cream Cheese with Fresh Herbs 4 avocado pears fresh herbs to decorate 8oz cream cheese 225g 2tsp finely chopped parsley 2tsp finely chopped lovage 2tsp finely chopped sage 2tsp finely chopped savoury 1tbsp light whipping cream saltBlend together all the filling ingredients and lightly season to taste with salt.
Halve the avocado pears, remove the stones and fill with the cream cheese mixture. Decorate each with a small sprig of fresh herbs.
