Tuna and Sun Dried Tomato Pasta
Ingredients 350g dried pasta shapes 2 tblsp olive oil 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped 125g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, sliced 200g tin tuna, drained 1 jar (approx 500g) tomato pasta sauce
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water for about 11 mins (see pack instructions), or 5 mins for fast cook pasta.
Heat the oil in a large pan and stir-fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, tuna and pasta sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the pasta and lightly mix with the sauce.
Serve with garlic bread or ciabatta bread and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if liked.
