I have been reading the info on this board about weight loss and health tips and I am impressed and will try very hard to use some of them.. I have been searching for weight loss tips for a while now. Here is a little of my story... I was about 150 pounds and happy with that prior to getting pregnant. I gained about 50 while I was pregnant and have had a really hard time loosing it. I work on an ambulance so the opportunities to eat a good meal and really tough. A lot of time it is whatever is quick and that makes it really hard on us. My metabolism was much higher prior to being pregnant, or at least it seems that it was. The deal is.. I work on the ambulance, I go to school, and have a 2 year old. I don't have a lot of time to exercise and when I do find 15 minutes I am so tired. I have been researching some of the metabolism booting diet pills. Do you or anyone else have anything to say about them.. good, bad, or indifferent. If anyone has had good luck with any of them let me know that too.
